I soon evolved to become a member of the Central Cutover Management Team, where I ensured smooth Cutover processes for IT platforms and Business domains. Cutover Management is crucial for successful transformations, ensuring all streams collaborate with a one team, one goal approach, and closely monitoring all features relevant for a successful Go-Live. world
